Qualification & Experience

Danielle Golinski studied law at the University of Münster (Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster) and obtained an additional qualification in Anglo-American law as part of the university’s specialization program (FFA). In 2018, she completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Trade Law at Stellenbosch University, South Africa. She passed her Second State Examination in 2020 at the Higher Regional Court of Munich.

Before joining STOLZENBERG Rechtsanwälte, Ms. Golinski worked as an attorney in international corporate law firms specializing in Corporate / M&A, and served as Legal Counsel for foreign trade law at the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft for the Advancement of Applied Research.

Ms. Golinski has been admitted to the bar since 2022 and is fluent in English.
