Qualification & Experience

He studied and completed is legal traineeship in Munich and was a doctoral candidate in Constance and Osnabrück with a thesis in stock corporation law. Dr. Maslo was admitted to practice law in 2002.

Before co-founding STOLZENBERG Rechtsanwälte, Dr. Maslo worked at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher (Denver), Eversheds (London), and as partner at Beiten Burkhardt (Munich) and Oppenländer (Munich).

Dr. Maslo advises a broad range of clients, including national and international listed stock corporations, small and medium enterprises and family-run companies. Focusing mainly on the trade and industry, automotive and media/technology sectors, he boasts an excellent track record in business, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate restructuring and general company law.

Dr. Maslo is fluent in English.
