Qualification & Experience

She spent her studies and legal traineeship in Freiburg, Paris and Düsseldorf. Dr. Wawretschek gained her doctorate in Freiburg with a thesis in copyright law. She was admitted to practice law in 2006. She is a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law since 2017.

Before co-founding STOLZENBERG Rechtsanwälte, Dr. Wawretschek worked at Hogan & Hartson Raue (Berlin), SKW Schwarz Rechtsanwälte (Munich) and in the legal departments of Unify (formerly Siemens Enterprise Communications, Munich) and a leading distributor of electrical supplies (Paris).

She advises mid-sized companies, investors, and start-ups on all areas of corporate law, including incorporation, financing, and corporate restructuring as well as mergers, acquisitions, and divestments. She further specializes in contract drafting and negotiation and providing legal advice on commercial matters.

Dr. Wawretschek speaks fluent English and French.
