Qualification & Experience

Studies of law and legal traineeship in Munich and Speyer. PhD scholarship within the Graduate School „Trustsoft” of the German Research Foundation (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft) in Oldenburg (doctoral thesis in IT law).

Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in „Mergers & Acquisition” in Münster. Admitted to the bar in 2007.

Before joining STOLZENBERG Rechtsanwälte Dr. Winteler was an attorney with Clifford Chance (Frankfurt a.M. / Munich) and worked as inhouse-counsel in the legal departments of Unify (formerly Siemens Enterprise Communications) and Atos (Munich).

He focuses on drafting and negotiating agreements for the operational business and providing legal advice on commercial law matters, in particular on matters of IT law. Dr. Winteler also advises on all matters of corporate law.

Dr. Winteler speaks fluent English.
