Qualification & Experience

He focuses mainly on providing advice to small and medium enterprises and venture capital funds. After studying and completing is legal traineeship in in Passau and Munich, he obtained a doctorate from the University of Leipzig in broadcasting law. He was admitted to practice law in 2007.

Before co-founding STOLZENBERG Rechtsanwälte, he worked at Beiten Burkhardt (Düsseldorf), Dewey & LeBoeuf (Frankfurt), and as partner at McDermott Will & Emery (Frankfurt).

Dr. v. Hutten has acquired extensive experience in capital market transactions, corporate restructuring, venture capital transactions, corporate law counseling and litigation on corporate and commercial law issues.
