Qualification & Experience

Studies in Freiburg and Sheffield/UK. Doctorate at the at the Faculty of Law of the University of Freiburg on a corporate law subject. Admitted to the bar in 2001, specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law (“Fachanwalt”) since 2009.

After working at Kraske Härtel in Freiburg i. Brsg. and Kraske Melcher in Munich (as partner from 2011), partner at Stolzenberg Rechtsanwälte since 2018.

Roger Bartens advises on the structuring and implementation of growth and transformation issues and start-up processes. His clients include investors as well as managers and founders, whom he advises and – if necessary – represents in court. He specialises in providing advice at projects involving limited liability companies (GmbH) and limited liability companies (GmbH & Co. KG).
