Qualification & Experience

Volker Schad provides advice for entrepreneurs, investors, particularly for owner-managed and medium-sized companies and their management. He advises in developing and improving structures and relationships (e.g. articles of association and shareholder agreements, transformation and reorganization measures, management contracts, sales and purchase agreements, b2b business, financing, rental and lease agreements) and their legal enforcement. Volker Schad also has significant knowledge of Austrian limited liability company law and commercial partnership law.

His clients are manufacturing, trading, technology and software companies, service providers, start-ups as well as (alternative) investment funds and several private clients.

Volker Schad has been a lawyer since 2008 and a partner at STOLZENBERG since 2018. Previously he practised at Kraske Melcher in Munich (since 2014 as partner).

He spent his studies and legal traineeship in Munich and Toronto and obtained his doctorate from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (Chair of European and International Business Law).
