In our Real Estate practice group we provide comprehensive advice in relation to investments into commercial properties (in particular office properties, but also special-purpose properties such as hotels, logistics and retail properties). This encompasses transactions (asset deals and share deals) including financing as well as project development and asset management (commercial tenancy law). This means that we are your contact for all commercial real estate issues.

Our clients are institutional investors (in particular funds and insurance companies) and private investors. We frequently advise foreign clients in connection with their investments in Germany.

We have also been active in the field of investments into renewable energies (wind parks and solar parks) for many years.
