Transactions

In our Transactions practice, we support national and international clients in M&A-Transactions of all kinds. This includes:

  • Acquisition and sale of enterprises or companies
  • Private Equity-transactions, including add-ons of portfolio companies, management-buy-ins (search funds) und management equity programs
  • Support of investors and founders in financing rounds, exits and other venture capital issues (e.g. ESOPs, convertibles)
  • Advising management in M&A-transactions
  • Joint Ventures, corporate transformations and restructurings
  • (Acquisition) Financings as well as
  • Post M&A disputes, Joint Venture disputes, etc.

The attorneys in our Transactions team all are long-standing experts in the field and know what counts for our clients: legal know-how, commercial awareness and creative solutions to ensure the transaction is completed successfully. As nowadays many M&A-Transactions have a cross-border angle, all our team members are fluent in English and we have built a reliable international network of ‘best friends’ firms whom we can call upon to the extent necessary.
